1.需要缴纳定金吗?​如果取消预定,定金是否能退还给我?

需要缴纳定金,定金为套餐费用的25%。如果您在拍摄前30天提出取消订单,我们可以退还10%的定金给您;否则我们会收取全部定金费用。

2.什么时候可以开始预定拍摄?

在我们有档期的情况下,您可以随时预定,但为了确保在旺季能有档期,我们建议您提前两个月预定。

如果您需要九坐车,请提前两周与我们联系。

 

3.在拍摄之前我需要准备什么?

女生:在拍摄前发送半身近照、三围给我们,我们会和化妆造型师一起商讨妆容和适合您尺寸的婚纱礼服;也欢迎携带您现有的配饰;

男生:请准备好合身的全套西服和领节,摄影室也会提供相应配饰。

4.我可以再加一套婚纱吗?

可以,但是您需要额外支付50欧/套的婚纱干洗维护费用。

5.报价中包含摄影团队的餐饮和交通吗?

套餐报价包含了摄影团队的餐饮和交通,无需额外支付。

6.如果我在荷兰境内不需要化妆、司机、婚纱租赁服务,是否能适当减免费用?

可以适当减免费用,详细信息请您联系我们。

7.在拍摄结束之后,司机可以送我去指定地点吗?

如果您购买的是我们的基础套餐,视拍摄地远近,摄影师会提供最佳见面地点,司机服务以见面地点为准,原则上接送同地;特殊情况请和我们商讨后确定;如果您购买的是我们的升级套餐,司机可以送您去荷兰境内的任意地点。

8.可以拍摄日出场景吗?

可以,但是因早起拍摄日出场景我们需要支付额外的劳务补偿费用给我们拍摄人员,因此会额外增加收费110欧,请您谅解。

购买升级套餐的用户,如有需要,可免费拍摄日出场景。

9.请问精修的流程是什么?

拍摄完之后,摄影师会进行初步选图(1-2周),客户返回意见后3周内出图。

 

10.你们提供修图加急服务吗?如何收费呢?

​提供,拍摄完成24小时内9张精修图收费50欧; 如需要在两周内出全部图片,需收取加急费用100-200欧;如需一周内出全部图片,加急费用为200-300欧。

11.你们可以在后期中p非真实的环境吗?比如假的蓝天,假的头饰等?

很抱歉,不可以。请尊重本摄影室对后期修图的质量把控,样⽚⻛格即所得风格;除非在背景中有垃圾等杂物,其余非真实环境的ps, 我们将一律拒绝。

 

FAQ

 

1.Is there a down payment? Do I get the money back if I cancel the shooting? 

Yes, we charge 25% of the package fee as to secure your booking. We will refund 10% of the package fee if you inform us more than 30 days before the agreed shooting day; if not, we will not refund the the down payment. 

2. When can I book the shooting? 

Anytime if we have free shooting spots. However, we’d suggest you to book 2 months in advance if you plan to have the photo shooting during the peak season. 

Please do let us know 2 weeks beforehand if you will need 9-seat car. 

3.What should I prepare before the photo shooting? 

Girls: Please share your recent photo and dress size with us in advance, in order to communicate with our make-up artist for your preferred hair & make-up style. Also welcome to bring your own accessories if you prefer any. 

Boys: Please prepare the suit and ties;  we will also offer some nice accessories for your choices. 

4.Can I choose one more bridal dress which are not included in the package? 

Sure, but we will charge extra 50 euros for dry cleaning the dress after use.​

5.Does the package fee cover the transportation and food fee for Weekendvision staff? 

Yes, it is covered. There is no extra fee for our staff in terms of transpiration and food during the day.

6.Can I get a price deduction if I don't need your car/dress rental/makeup service? 

Sure, please contact us for details. 

7.Can you drive me to any place after the shooting? 

If you are our client of Basic Package, we will communicate with the best meeting point beforehand based on the shooting route, in principle we drive you back to the agreed meeting point. We can also drop you somewhere else if the distance is acceptable, please contact us for more details. 

If you are our client of Premium Package , we will drive you back to any of your preferred places after the shooting, inside the Netherlands.  

8.Can I shoot with the sunrise? 

Sure, but we will need to charge extra 110 euros to our staff because of the additional work.Thanks for your understanding. 

Sunset shooting will be free with our Premium Package clients. 

9.What is the process of post-production?

Photographers will first select the qualified ones from all the original photos after the shooting, which might take 1-2 weeks; the final post-production photos will be finished within 3 weeks after we receiving the feedback from clients. 

10.Do you offer expedited service for photo post production? How do you charge? 

Yes, we do. 

9 photos within 24 hours: 50 euros 

all photos within 1 week: 100-200 euros 

all photos within 2 weeks: 200-300 euros

11.Will you photoshop some unreal scenes, such as fake blue sky, fake accessories ?

Sorry, we will not do so as we respect the natural aesthetics. Please do check our work portfolio and only contact us if you like this style of photography. Unless there are garbage in the background, we will not photoshop anything environmental elements in the photos.
